So why choose Future Stars?

Here’s our reasons..

Quality Education

Our daily programs are recommended by the Department of Education & Communities (DECS). Treating every child as an individual, they are based on early childhood learning psychology and involve parents to achieve high quality learning outcomes.
We aim to develop resilient children by equipping them to handle challenges they will meet in the real world. Our transition to school program empowers children to learn for themselves and develop their own interests.

Experienced Educators

Passionate about children’s wellbeing, our educators undergo an extensive screening process to ensure that they are passionate about early education. We support Educators with a positive work environment and ongoing professional development.

Continuity of Care

As a parent, it is important to know exactly who is taking care of your child. And it is important that parents and educators work together to keep track of a child's progress. Continuity of care also helps children to feel safe and secure. That’s why we’re proud of our low staff turnover, we rarely hire casual staff, and we encourage all families to get to know our Educators individually.

Close Communication

By interacting closely with parents, we share children’s experiences and involve families in the learning journey. We also harness new technologies to provide regular updates on each child’s progress.

Nature-based Learning

We encourage children to explore and learn in natural environments. Our beautiful outdoor nature areas and vegetable gardens allow children to experience the natural world. Our centres are environmentally friendly and use sustainable practices wherever possible

Community Involvement

All children, parents and staff are valuable members of our community. We also connect with local organisations, schools and businesses where possible, to support local endeavours and give children a sense of belonging in their wider community.

Inclusive Environment

Every child is special. In our inclusive environment, we celebrate diversity and welcome children with different backgrounds, cultures and abilities. Our inclusive practices ensure that each child is valued and respected.

Healthy Nutrition

With menus developed by qualified dieticians and chefs, our fully catered centres service a wide spectrum of dietary requirements, including allergies and intolerances. All centres meet NSW Health
Standards and are nut-free zones
